How to join
1. Objectives of TSS Association:
In response to the booming development of the world's smart cities, we aim to establish a brand powered by Taiwan's smart solutions and a platform to market Taiwan and promote practical international cooperation. We want to lead Taiwan's smart industry to become a leader in the construction of global smart cities with the purpose of enhancing international competitiveness.
2. Qualifications for membership:
Individuals or organizations with backgrounds related to various smart applications and solutions (such as Artificial Intelligence, UAVs, 5G, transportation, monitoring, disaster prevention, parks, sustainability, lifestyle, travel, green energy, education, agriculture, manufacturing, machinery, medical, architecture, urban planning, management, and startups).
(1) Individual Members: Research institutions, school professors, consultants, and individuals who dedicated to the mission of the Association and are enthusiastic about engaging in its activities on a voluntary basis. After completing the membership application form, approved by the Board of Directors, and paying the membership fee, one can become individual members of the TSS Association. The membership fee is NT$1,000, which is paid at the time of membership, and the annual membership fee is NT$2,000. If the annual membership fee is paid for three years at a time, a 30% discount on the annual membership fee will be offered.
(2) Corporate Members: Organizations or groups that agree with the objectives of the TSS ssociation and can actively and voluntarily contribute to its collective activities. After completing the application form for membership and being approved by the Board of Directors and paying the membership fee, they will become corporate members of the Association to exercise their membership rights. The classification of corporate members are as follows:

Group members who pay their annual dues for three years at a time will receive a 30% discount on their annual dues. The membership fees are graded as follows

(3) Permanent Members: Individual members and corporate members of the Association shall be permanent members by paying the annual membership fee for 10 years in addition to the membership fee.
(4) Student Members: Students and postgraduates who agree with the purpose of the Association and who are 20 years of age or older shall be student members of the TSS association after completing membership application approved by the Board of Directors as well as paying the membership fee. The membership fee is NT$300, payable at the time of membership, and the annual membership fee is NT$500. For those who pay the annual membership fee for three years at a time, a 30% discount on the annual fee will be given.
(5) Sponsor Members: Individuals or groups that agree with the purpose of the Association and sponsor the Association's funds and resources, approved by the Board of Directors, and after paying the sponsorship fees, shall be deemed to be sponsored members of the Association, without paying the admission fee, and shall enjoy general membership services and participate in related activities of the Association, except for the right to vote, the right to election, the right to be elected and the right to recall.
(6) Honorary Members: Those who agree with the purpose of the Association and have made outstanding contributions to the promotion of the medical related industries or related matters shall be approved by the Board of Directors of the Association and shall be honorary members of the Association.
